fix(chawan): refine neomutt integration, add default waybar icon, drop kitty image-mode

- Set window title to "neomutt" via chawan -o flag for waybar matching
- Add "Default" workspace icon using base16 base07 color, set as window-rewrite-default
- Drop kitty-specific image-mode, use "auto" instead
- Disable chawan set-title to avoid title conflicts
- Pass full config into waybar/lib.nix for scheme access
