feat(development/nixvim): nixvim word-wrapping, disable gitsins column
Now in neovim/nixvim lines breaks on words instead of characters, and
there is a character indicator for each wrapped line. Gitsigns diff
symbols column has been disabled, the line number highlighting is good
enough.
