Subject: feat(desktop/niri): added and modified keybindings, fixed configs

- using keybindings
  - Mod+D for launching rofi
  - Mod+R for cycling between layouts (50% and 100%)
- fixed Mod+number keybinding for moving to workspaces
- removed unnecessary/unused keybindings
- using the home-manager option to set the layer-rule for the overview
background instead of writing raw text configuration
