Subject: feat(chawan): add homeUrl option; feat(chromium): hide NTP footer

- Add web.chawan.homeUrl option (default: https://searx.space)
  and pass it as the startup URL in the desktop entry.
- Set NewTabPage.FooterVisible = false in Chromium preferences.
