- the fzf configuration caused syntax error in the sessions variables
setting script, it is now fixed
- added core.logallrefupdates to git configuration

- nix-update script can be used to automatically update both
home-manager and nixos, either just update the flake inputs or
recompute/rebuild the entire configuration with the updated
derivations

Renamed the options for the configurations based on the sub-module that
they belong to
