- lazygit config was updated with the latest release, made minor
modificaitons to reflect those changes
- instead of writing the configuraiton that sets delta as the default
diff viewer in git and lazygit inside delta's config files, it is now
done by git and lazygit

- Move inline comments to top of file across all modules for consistent

default)

- Theme lazygit with config.scheme base16 colors instead of hardcoded

programs.delta.enable wasn't set even if development.delta.enable was
