Rofi actions allows users to run some of the most commonly run shell
commands (like shutdown, poweroff monitors, start usque/vpn tunnels),
from a rofi menu instead of having to memorize and type them out.

- Mod+R for cycling between layouts (50% and 100%)
- fixed Mod+number keybinding for moving to workspaces
- removed unnecessary/unused keybindings
- using the home-manager option to set the layer-rule for the overview
background instead of writing raw text configuration
