allow_remote_control has been a pretty open security flaw in kitty
configurations due to its remote code execution potential. The rest of
the config doesn't use kitten messaging so disabling it is a no brainer.

Moved all configurations which were previously raw strings chunks, for
options that the home-manager options didn't provide, into files for
that specific configuration and reading there contents instead (with
string replacement for passing information from the rest of the
configuration).
